I don't usually write Google reviews, but I genuinely wanted to share my experience with Janya Closet because it was such a pleasant one.

I first came across a dress on their website that I absolutely loved for my daughter. Before placing the order, I reached out to the team with a few questions. Instead of just replying with a message, they took the time to arrange a video call and showed me the outfit in detail. They explained the design choices and how they had kept children's comfort in mind while making it. That personal touch really stood out to me.

Once I placed the order, they customised the dress to my daughter's measurements. The entire process was so smooth. The dress arrived beautifully packed and was delivered within seven working days, exactly as promised.

When we opened it, I could immediately tell the quality was amazing. The fabric felt so soft, and every little detail had been thoughtfully done. One thing I really appreciated was the adjustable straps, which means she can wear it comfortably as she grows. They have also used a dual-layer lining, so the dress is comfortable for kids without compromising on how elegant it looks.

When my daughter wore the dress, she looked absolutely beautiful and, more importantly, she was comfortable and happy in it. As a parent, that's exactly what I hope for.

My parents decided to host a party for my 6 month old baby and we both reached home just a week before the party. I wanted a stunning dress for her but I had absolutely no time. Janyas closet came up in my instagram ads and as I browsed through I found a dress I loved but delivery times seemed to be after almost a month. I took a chance and got in touch with customer service and asked them to help me out. The promptly directed me to a whatsapp number and in no time I got to place my order with customized measurements. The dress arrived at my place within 4 days, well in time for the party! It was absolutely beautiful, great quality and fit my baby like a dream. She was also very comfortable in it for hours inspite of it being a very elaborate dress, which is saying a lot considering she is a 6 month old baby. All in all, I am very happy with my experience. I was not expecting to find a such an amazing dress in such short time!
