Cancellation and No Refund Policy

• Credit Note Issuance: Upon cancelling your order within the specified 24-hour period, we will issue you a credit note equivalent to the full order amount. This credit note can be utilized for future purchases exclusively on our website, www.janyascloset.com.
  
  
• Cancellation Requests Beyond 24 Hours: Please be aware that we are unable to process cancellation requests made after the initial 24-hour period from the order placement. Once this time has passed, the order will proceed to fulfilment, and the option for cancellation and credit note issuance will no longer be available.
  
  
• No Refund Policy: Janya's Closet operates under a strict no refund policy. In lieu of refunds, we offer credit notes that can be used for future purchases on our website, www.janyascloset.com.
  
• Credit Note Redemption: The credit note provided upon order cancellation is exclusively redeemable on our website, www.janyascloset.com. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used in any other manner.
  
  

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Sale / Promotional Period

During any sale, offer, or promotional event (including Black Friday, Festive Sales, etc.):

 No Cancellations

 No Refunds

 No Returns or Exchanges

 No Customisation or Order Modifications unless selected for same as option on website

All sale orders are considered final.

If, in rare situations, a cancellation during sale is approved at our discretion:

 A 10% cancellation/processing fee will apply
 The balance will be issued only as a credit note valid for 15 days

This ensures fair pricing and smooth operations during high-volume periods.

Our Discretion:

At Janya's Closet, only one discount, offer, or promotional benefit can be applied to a single order at any given time. This includes sale prices, coupon codes, membership discounts, store credits (where applicable), and any other promotional offers. Multiple discounts cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated by Janya's Closet.

If multiple discounts are applied to the same order due to a technical error, system glitch, or any unforeseen issue, Janya's Closet reserves the right to cancel the order before dispatch.

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund of the amount paid will be processed to the original payment method. If the customer still wishes to proceed with the purchase, a fresh order may be placed using the applicable single discount or offer.

If you are unsure about which discount is applicable to your order, we recommend contacting our customer support team before completing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

In exceptional cases where an order has not been approved or processed by Janyas Closet, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund, adhering to our usual business practices.
