Discount Policy Disclaimer

At no point can two or more discounts, coupon codes, or offers be combined or applied on a single order. Only one discount is applicable per order at any given time.

In case of any confusion regarding applicable discounts, customers are requested to connect with our team before completing the purchase.

If, due to a technical glitch or system error, multiple discounts are mistakenly applied to an order, Janya's Closet reserves the right to cancel such orders and initiate a full refund of the amount paid.

As per bank policy, the refund will be settled within 2–3 working days. We will share refund tracking on email.

During our Annual Sale, all orders placed are final.

As mentioned on our product pages, there will be no returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on any order placed during the discount period.

This is because all orders are processed and tracked automatically in real-time — we're unable to make manual changes to any original order once it's placed.

In case an order is cancelled due to a genuine issue, a 10% deduction will apply on the refund amount. This covers payment gateway and platform charges incurred on order placement, which we're unable to absorb during the Sale period.

The balance amount will then be refunded to you in original mode of payment.

Packaging Policy During Sale

All sale orders are packed in secure, water-resistant courier bags with butter paper wrapping. Special or gift box packaging is not included during the sale period.

Box packaging is available as a paid add-on at checkout for customers who would like it.

This helps keep shipping costs minimal for you. Courier charges are calculated based on volumetric weight (L × B × H), and box packaging can significantly increase the package volume and shipping cost.

Our sale pricing is a once-a-year appreciation gesture for our customers and is offered at minimal margins. To keep the sale accessible for everyone, we streamline the packaging process without compromising on product quality. Every piece remains freshly made, thoroughly checked, and defect-free.

Due to the high order volume and cost constraints of sale pricing, we are unable to offer complimentary special packaging during the sale period.
