All orders are confirmed for production immediately upon successful payment. As Janya's Closet is a made-to-order couture brand:

• Payment confirms acceptance of our Shipping, Cancellation, and Force Majeure policies
• Orders enter production immediately after payment confirmation
• Payments cannot be reversed due to shipping delays arising from global disruptions or circumstances beyond our control

Delivery delays caused by global events, logistics disruptions, customs processing, or Force Majeure circumstances shall not be considered valid grounds for payment reversal, chargeback, or dispute.
