How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.
Why is it crucial to provide accurate and reachable contact information for the recipient during the ordering process?

- It is essential to provide accurate phone details of the recipient of the parcel (delivery address to coordinate parcel delivery)
- According to courier laws after Covid, the courier person will call and confirm all details before delivery.
- If the courier person does not receive any response on calls after three attempts, the courier will be considered as Return to Origin (RTO), and the customer will bear the charges for the same. The company will not be responsible for any refunds in such a situation.

Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and VAT.
For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes. JANYAS CLOSET will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.
How does Janyas Closet handle in corrector incomplete delivery addresses and RTO parcels?
- Janyas Closet requests customers to provide accurate delivery addresses and phone numbers.
- The courier may call to confirm details before delivery as per courier laws. If there is no response, the parcel is considered RTO (returned to origin).
- In case of RTO parcels, Janyas Closet charges to-and-fro shipping fees from the customer.
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address details. Any mistakes or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or return of the parcel.
- Additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer's responsibility. Janyas Closet will not refund any amount in such situations.
- If a customer is not reachable, not available, or refuses delivery of the product, Janyas Closet reserves the right to deduct RTO and other charges as per actuals borne by Janyas Closet.
- The product will be sent back only after the excess payment made by Janyas Closet, with any additional shipping charges as per actuals.
