If you’re not a member, alterations are available at ₹2500 + taxes per outfit.

• Additionally, whether you’re a member or not, the shipping costs for sending and receiving the package are your responsibility.
• The alteration process takes 55 days from the time we receive your package with complete measurement details at our hub.
• Once the shipping cost is settled, we’ll dispatch your item using your chosen shipping method. Delivery times will depend on the option you select.

You receive one free replacement per year Only on the product purchase within the membership plan, up to INR 6000 or the product’s MRP, whichever is lower. Replacements are given as store credit and must be used within 45 days. Credit cannot be combined with other promotions. No discounts and benefits would be given on replacement products and no sale item would be taken as replacement

Benefits are available only while your membership is active. If your membership lapses for more than 7 days, you will lose access to benefits of membership . If you need to suspend or cancel your membership before the year ends, contact us directly. Any unused benefits will be forfeited upon cancellation. Membership fees are non-refundable.

If your membership remains inactive and you pay the renewal fee after the 7-day lapse period, it will be considered a new membership. Benefits from the previous membership will not carry over, and any benefits not availed previously will not be included. The new membership will be subject to the current terms and benefits.

If you don’t use your alterations or replacements within the year, you can still use your benefits as long as your membership is active without any lapse.

Benefits apply only to products purchased during the membership period from JanyasCloset.com. They do not apply to items bought before the membership start date, through third-party retailers, or on sale items.

All membership benefits can only be availed while the membership remains active. If there is a gap in the membership subscription or it lapses, the benefits will be discontinued and will not be adjusted. Any remaining membership amount will be issued as store credit, valid for use within six months. . No refunds will be provided in any case.

• Duration: The Warranty Period starts from the date of purchase and continues until you sell or dispose of the product, or until Janyas Closet discontinues the product or terminates this guarantee.
