We offer custom measurements, but the maximum length will be in line with the measurements specified in the customization guide. As our outfits are made to order and are bias-cut, we can only adjust the length within the range stated for that specific age or size customization.

As a part of our commitment to complete your look, we include free hair accessories with your order. Please know that we select these accessories to match your outfit and can't fulfill specific requests for different styles.

Custom Measurements:
If you delay providing your custom measurements, your order may also be delayed. Unfortunately, we can't give refunds or cancel orders if this happens because we start working on your order right away after you place it. The delivery time starts once we get your measurements.
